Bracely Posture Corrector
Years under the bar. Hours at a desk. Your shoulders have been pulled forward long enough.
The Bracely Posture Corrector is an adjustable support strap that retrains your shoulders to sit back and down — where they belong. It doesn't force you upright; it reminds you, set after set, hour after hour, until upright is your default. Better shoulder position means better pressing mechanics, less neck and upper-back tension, and a stronger platform for every lift.
- Adjustable dual straps — dial in exactly the pull you need, from gentle cue to firm correction
- Breathable padded design — wear it under or over a shirt, at your desk or in the gym
- Retrains, not restrains — builds the habit so you hold position on your own
- Six sizes — XS to 2XL, fitted by waist measurement
How it works
The straps apply light, constant tension that draws your shoulder blades back and opens your chest. Your body notices the cue and your postural muscles do the rest. Worn 20–60 minutes a day, it rebuilds the muscle memory that years of sitting and pressing have eroded. Think of it as a training partner who never lets you slouch.
Size guide
Sized by waist measurement. Height and weight are a guide only.

- S — 88cm waist · 165–170cm · 50–67kg
- M — 93cm waist · 170–175cm · 60–75kg

Start loose for short sessions and increase tension gradually. It should cue your posture, not pin your arms back.
