Shipping Policy

Ordered before 2pm on a working day? It leaves the same day.

UK delivery

Standard delivery (2–3 working days) — £3.49. Free on orders over £50.

Express delivery (1–2 working days) — £5.99.

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

International delivery

We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is coming — join the email list and we'll let you know when it lands.

Order issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email support@bracely.co with your order number and we'll chase it down. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded — you won't be left out of pocket for a courier's mistake.

Address changes

Spotted a mistake in your address? Email us as soon as possible. We can update it any time before dispatch, but once a parcel is with the courier we can't redirect it.
